We will make the decision-making process quick and simple by sending easy-to-choose from comparison sheet, which lists a range of curated venues. We will arrange and attend site visits and negotiate the best rates and packages on our clients’ behalf. We will oversee the contracts once the booking is confirmed and complete a full handover with our client and the chosen venue. We won’t stop searching for the perfect venue until we are 100% satisfied that the venue is a right ( or best) fit for you.

PK Events will be on-site for the entire day to oversee the implementation of the time-line and to take care of anything ah hoc that may arise – We always come with our Wedding Day Emergency Kit. We will liaise directly with the venue, suppliers and guests, be the point of contact on the day and oversee the venue and ceremony set-up ( including decorating and styling) so you are free to enjoy every special moment of your wedding day.

This is perfect for couples in need of ‘The Works’. It is our most comprehensive service, which covers all aspects of planning and execution for your big day. From budget planning to venue visits, supplier recommendations and negotiations, to wedding day management, the full wedding planning services offers an experienced wedding professional will be with you every step of the way. It is recommended for the busy couple that does not have time to work full-time on planning a wedding. If you book this package, PK Event will be with you from your very first wedding purchase until the last guest departs on the day.
This is ideal for the couple that has already started planning but needs a little more help to book additional suppliers, create a design or tie-up any loose ends. With Partial Wedding Planning, we continue with any elements you have started whether it is liaising with suppliers, oversee deliveries, liaise with vendors or anything else that may require some further assistance. We will help you regardless of what stage you are at and ensure it stays within the designated budget.
Partial Wedding Planning includes Wedding Day Management
It’s only a few weeks to the big day and you don’t have time to spend on the last few items. PK Events can seamlessly pick up the planning arrangement to ensure everything goes smoothly on the your big day. We will pick up with your suppliers, create schedules, and assist with any last minute planning requirements whether it’s putting the favours together or assisting with the table plan and much more in between.

We had a traditional Nigerian wedding, followed the next day by a civil wedding for 250 guests including our Welsh, Scottish and Nigerian families.
